Average Cost To Reseal Windshield?

I bought a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant a couple months ago, and not until it got cold did I realize that there was a leak in the bottom of my winshield near the VIN number. Mitsubishi service center said it’s a replacement winshield, not a factory windshield, and won’t replace it. What’s the average price for resealing a windshield?
