How Much Is A Back Windshield Replacement Going To Cost?

My back windshield of my 2004 Toyota Highlander was broken into and now I have no back windshield. How much will this cost me to get a new one just like it? Will my insurance cover this? Is it worth it to get it done through insurance because of my deductible? Will my rates go up? I read I can use my comprehensive insurance for this, does that mean I pay nothing out of pocket? thanks!
